I would just give it to you straight, Julian DVD changed my outlook about working out, I now have sex packs, I LOST 10 pounds in two months and 2 dress sizes, I have toned muscles now and it feels great, by the way I am not dieting yet, I am sure if I stick to a diet program I would lose more, get it if you want to see results...
I usually do two levels in one sessions, level 2 and 3, every time I push my self further to get to the girls level, and I can do push ups now, I work out 5 to 6 times a week and it is more fun than jugging walking cause it has a lot of jumping and switching between workouts so you wont have the same sore muscles all the time.

So, I have never liked Jillian Michaels. I have issues with The Biggest Loser and how they approach weight loss. Needless to say, this review is NOT coming from a huge Jillian Michaels fan.
However, she became my BFF this past month! I decided that my workout plan wasn't cutting it. I was kind of getting wishy-washy so after hearing all the great reviews, I decided to give the Shred a try. I have 2 days left of the Shred, but I looked at a comparison shot of myself yesterday and it inspired me to post. I've only lost about 8 pounds so far, but the changes are amazing! The toning and muscles it's created... amazing. I get so many complements and people ask how I do it. I just say, "Easy, the 30 Day Shred!" And this is coming from an obese person. If I can do it, ANYONE can! I've become more flexible, more energetic, and definitely more toned. All of the toning looks easily like a 15-20 pound loss! I amazed even myself.
If you're looking for something that gets results, this is. It required commitment, but if you commit you DO get the results. I also follow a healthy lifestyle and incorporated yoga, walking and healthy eating.

this video lives up to it's name. it's tough, but good. it doesn't take too much time, but you feel it for days. i am very happy with the results so far.

i don't care for this work out at all! i felt jillian michaels was completely half assing the whole thing and was really mean. i know that she's goign for the whole drill sergeant effect blah blah blah but i don't think it's a very good work out. i go to the gym 4-5 times a week but was looking for something to do in between. i feel like i should do this work out 3 more times in a row to feel tired, there isn't even any kind of lower body workout, it's all abs and weights. jackie warner's power circuit dvd is sooo much better! it kicks my butt, i wake up in the morning so sore it feels great! this jillian work out was so blase that i had to do a jackie workout right after to feel anything. jillian really rubs me the wrong way.
